Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume sales, product drops, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. CoolCrunchies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

CoolCrunchies is not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged package and product. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
